Tata Indicom — Sim not working. | |||
Honourable forum, I am venu subrahmanyem, here by wanted to complain about tata indicom customer care centre located in dwarakanagar, visakhapatnam. As i have a problem with my cdma number ([protected]), not able to receive and make calls for which i have visited the local store for help. I was suggested to check with the phone and asked to replace the phone which i have done but still the problem persists. Secondly i was suggested to change the sim card, but still the same. As i have the right to asked the reason and issue behind this, the response given by the staff is very abusive and intolerable, but still i was patiently trying to communicate with them. The replaced sim card was not activated and enforcing me to change the service to their internal division ( docomo postpaid ) which i am not interested at all. They were very offensive and almost thrown me out of the office without having any courtesy or gratitude towards my concern and simply suggested me to do what ever i can do in the native language. I am a customer to tata indicom since 2004 with the same number, and i am struggling with this problem since one month from the current date. The problem was really impacting my income source as it is my business number but now the number was completely dead from 7th april 2016. Before this the service was intermittent and pathetic experience to have while handling the calls. I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me to find a solution, please make them justify to their irresponsible actions towards my concern.
