[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Tata indicom broadband prepaid amount - not refunded | |||||
I am using Tata Indicom Broadband as a prepaid user for about 10 years. All of a sudden, in Aug 2015, they terminated my account without notice and asked me to migrate to postpaid. But I said that won't migrate to postpaid. So they informed me that they refund the Balance amount of about Rs.3500 within 30 days.But till date, No response from Tata Indicom Broadband. I called customer care number regarding the refund process everytime they are telling that amount will be refunded in 30 days & I asked them to send me a mail regarding the amount they are going to refund.
