Tata max wifi 3G — Very poor connection

Dear, sir,
My Tata max wifi connection No is [protected]
Since last one the connection got very poor and i'm complaining
through customer care but not solved, specially, day before yesterday
I'd a talk to Ms. Pooja Sony almost 27 minutes, She couldn't do any thing and
even she had not given me a complaint no too. I don't know whether she had lodged my complaint or not because till now no one contact me.
Please try to solve my problem I should get proper speed which I used to get.
