Hi Tata motors Team, Name-Shashi Paul Address- VPO Amroh Tehsil Bhoranj Distt-Hamirpur-177024 Himachal Pradesh Phone number-[protected] Email address- [protected]@gmail.com Date:[protected] Name of dealer- N.G Automobile Pvt Ltd-Tata Showroom/Service Centre/Authorized Dealership in Hamirpur Plot No-497/1, NH-88 Vill Chattar, P.O.Bhira, near Reliance Petrol Pum, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh 177001 Dear Sir/Madam Re: (vehicle make-Tata Nexon XM petrol and registration number-HP 74A 5556) I have booked Tata Nexon on 15th Jan 2020 through CSD and dealer have assured delivery of vehicle within 4-5 weeks and I have received my car on 22nd April-2021 but at new price i.e 15 K, Dealer is not giving price Protection as they are saying Price Protection is valid for invoicing before 28th Feb 21. Delay was from Dealer side not my fault we have booked vehicle 7days before the deadline of price Protection date which was 22nd Jan 21. Expected it should be on old price. As per dealer mail send to concern CSD team and no time line given to resolved the issue by dealer. Request you to help me with the resolution for both the issues as stated above.
