Tata Motors — Fake promise and delayed delivery kropex Koramangala Bangalore | |||
To whomever it may concern My previous Mahindra car was exchanged on 28th October after listening to the delivery promises and Harrier was allotted on 2nd November 2021. I don't know the cause for delay of delivery. The reason behind booking during year end is for an important ocassion at Cochin on 3rd Week of November and I had explained the same to the sales manager and the sales head of Kropex while making the booking amount of Rs 30, 000 on third week of October. This is a pure case of cheating your customer and fake promising to close the month end target. The first impression of TATA on your customer has left me no choice but complete loss of trust on the brand and poor behaviour from territory head GuruRaj to managers who don't have any clue or knowledge about the status of dispatch but blame it to TATA and customers have no choice. TATA hence proved that they are not reliable. I am a doctor and I would say, this team have ruined my happiness and loaded with stress for the past two weeks. I will have to rent a vehicle to travel at my expense. Thanks to TATA. I am going to proceed with consumer court and court of law for cheating the customer and asking for a compensation for the same.
