Tata Motors — Manufacturing fault

I have purchased second hand tata nano from tata assured spiram tata bhilai c.g. on March 2013 that time the car is 2 year old but on 21.10.2015 my car suddenly stopped then I called tata service center after checking the car in workshop they told that the block is partly broken and it has to be replaced that cost around 25 to 30 thousand. I have driven the car only 2500km from March 2013 . I have changed all the oils & lubricants at the time of purchase from tata service center then how could my block blocked I could not understand. tata service center is unable to give the reason. So please solve my problem at the earliest so I can maintain my faith in tata motors my car is standing in spiram motors bhilai at present.
