Dear Sir I have purchased Tata Safari EX p White delivery as per subject From Dealer A B Mehta Motors P Ltd. Jandialla Bypass.Amritsar. Finance amount was paid by HDFC Bank Ltd. and other balance payment along with RC Charges was paid to dealer. For which dealer is liable to pay Road tax on our behalf. the car met an accident on 28/12/2014 due to which a major loss arise equaling to total loss. Unfortunatly dealer has not deposited Road Tax amount. The claim has been repudated by Insurance company. The car was insured by Future Generali Insurance Company Ltd vide policy no 2014-V3416058-FPV dt 21/11/15. I am very much annoyed with care less attitude of dealer. I have visited/requested many times to dealer staff to look way out to solve issue. But all my efforts has gone in vein. Hence I request you to please ask your dealer to pay me damages or what so ever possible to provide me car in order.
