Tata — Penalize customer for their poor service | |||
I have been using Tata photon plus data card for almost 4 years and they slowly keep increasing the plans by few rupees every month Rs.1348. My plan was 11 GB monthly unlimited. I lost my device and when I requested on May 26th, they said they will send me the device and after calling 3 times the device never was sent. Besides, the customer service representative did not even mention that the device needs to be delivered in the data base. Finally I fed up after calling 4th time, I requested for cancellation on June 2nd. They took their own sweet time, cancelled only on June 6th after confirming several I really wanted to close. Now I get the bill of Rs.1000 even after I was told that I will be charged only Rs. 348 at the time of closing. If they take their own time for cancellation, why would I get charged and they should stop charging from the time I lodge the complaint since they failed to deliver the device.
