I am writing to you as an aggrieved customer of Tatasky. My subscriber id is [protected]. Ever since I had the Tatasky set top box installed at my home, I have been having recurrent complaints as the screen displays ' No signal' indication every few months. I have been lodging complaints periodically and each time a service engineer is deputed to address the problem. For each such visit, I am required to pay Rs.170. My earlier complaints were handled twice in April this year. I have lodged a complaint today too and the work order no. is IVHOJZ3. I take strong exception to the deficiency in service extended by Tatasky and the charges being levied upon me due to techniical deficiency on the part of Tatasky. I am paying the monthly package charges for uninterrupted viewing and it is for Tatasky to ensure this without charging me for the technical deficiencies in the set top box and the connection given to me. I would like to request the Senior management of Tatasky to address this complaint and arrange to find a permanent solution to my problem, failing which I shall be compelled to seek alternative recourse at the costs and consequences of Tatasky.I would expect a refund of all such visit charges paid by me, so far, and an immediate resolution of the problem of 'No Signal' which continues even today.
