Tata Sky — 1. not receiving signal for some channels 2. long waiting time for complaint call

I am using Tata sky dish for last 8 years. From last 8 days, i am unable to see few channels properly due to bad signal. & tv pictures, star pravah, star maza, UTV action are the some of these chanels i am unable to see properly. I tried to call tata sky customer care, but it has very long waiting time. This is not customer CARE.
