We have tried all sources and it is almost more than 18 hours no technician has visited us to rectify our problem.
I am a premium customer.
Customer with Tata Sky since 2007.
The technician has visited us more than 10times in the last 2 months.
But nobody able to rectify my problem,
Simply harassing a loyal premium customer.
This is least expected from a professional and reputed company like Tata.
If this is the way Tata will operate then very sorry to say, Tata will loose its credibility and market share.
Please send a technician at the earliest, if not rectified within a couple of hours then will gobahead and cancell the connection.
Once cancelled please ensure that my money is refunded.
