Hi,
My customer id is[protected]. this is the 2nd time when we are not receiving tatasky signals. Everytime i call up customer care, i m told that they will arrange a technician visit @ rs 200. I would like to know why would we pay for such an issue.the problem is at their end. Last time we also paid for no vaild reason. This is just ridiculuos. I used to be a loyal tatasky customer but their services are degrading drastically.
