Hello team, As per offer from tata sky. Get 2000 rs voucher for new registration i have registered my account on 9th july on the mytatasky app. I have not received 2000 rs. Voucher on my email and not in the text also called customer care but the executive refused to help. Told me that this offer is one time and now you are registered we can't do anything. I lady approach to me and explained about tata sky new connection and I paid 2170, after that mobile number switched off.

We were out of station for two months and then I have recharged my ID but v are not getting any channels plz solve my problem
