I have a problem with my id no. As tata sky connection has been shared with my neighbour, we both have the same id no. So we are facing much issues while recharging our channels. When i am recharging my channels it is getting recharged for my neighbour and not for me. We are getting much problem while recharging and we are not getting response from tata sky service. Please help us as this problem is creating issues between me and my neighbour
