Tata Sky — about new connection is not provided till today

I have book of tata sky dish with online pay on 1 st jully 2018. but i have not provided connection of dish till 7/7/2018. I have contact many times to custmer care of tata sky but they gives only prommise to everytime. The technical team of tata sky is not supporting. My booking id is [protected]. So i want to refund my money quickly. So help me.
