[Resolved] Tata Sky — Account has been deactivated and no is responding to fix the issue | |||||
My tata sky is not working from 29th, 2017. I thought of signal problem so i didn't raise a complaint till 2nd july, 2017. 3rd july early morning i raised a request to resolve the issue then tata sky agent came to my building and told me that there is no antenna. I really get shocked and i checked with my society watchman to know where is my antenna. After consulting other flat members i came to know that, another flat person raised a request for relocation and tata sky agent came to our flats and plucked out my antenna and gave it them. Its completely irresponsible behavior of tata sky agents. The person who came to my flat one behalf of my request he has arranged their antenna to me. But Tata sky team deducted 200 rs from my account and my dish connection gets deactivated from 3rd july. Its completely tata sky agent mistake but they are charging 200. After having a discussion with tata sky customer care, they accepted their mistake and informed me that with in 2 days my amount will be refund to my account. But after 10 days also it was not happened and daily i am consulting the team but no response from them. Need help on this one. Was this information helpful? | |||||
