Tata Sky — Activating smart games without my consent | |||||
I have a tata sky DTH connection. My subscriber ID is [protected] I have been travelling out of country since last 6 months. Tata sky on its own activated my smart games around April2016. Since then they have been charging me for this service. Now when I returned back to India last week and saw previous bills, I realised that have activated this add on service without my consent. I have raised two complaints QA3U4ML and QBXD46S . They are falsely claiming that they have got my consent on phone. If I was not in country, how will I give my consent. They do not have proof in terms of recordings to show that I have given my consent. Pathetic systems ! Rude customer care. Besides there call centre calls are charged and never get completed. I called at-least 6-7 times but complaint is not resolved If my complaint is not resolved, I will shift to another service provider. I have already discontinued my HD services. N.
