Tata Sky — Add channel without my consent | |||||
I am a subscriber (Subscriber id-[protected]) of tata sky since 2014, i used to get calls from tata sky to subscribe new channels but always i told them to not to call me. After receiving this information from me they starting calling me each and every day but i do not attend them and disconnect the call. On[protected] i have got a massage that there is a service activated which called dance classes and my recharge due that has been reduced. My concern is how could it possible? How could you activate a service without my consent? If you do not respect your customer then how could we trust you? I supposed to think that you have to cross check with this call record (Number-[protected]) which i have received on[protected]. While i am trying to drop this pack dance classes by their web site it has lock in period of 30 days. Just imagine how they harass customers. I want you should stop this dace classes on priority basis. I want clarification. All customer of tata sky please don’t believe them. They are cheater.
