Tata Sky — add on pack

Sir, I am a tata sky customer for morer than 5 years. My id is[protected]. I recharged my account only for the South Mega HD pack. I have never asked for any additional pack But unfortunately I am receiving alert in the TV, stating that I am overdue for the additional pack and I am asked to recharge immediately, Kindly look into this matter and stop sending the alert..
