Tata Sky — Added their paid pack without my permission | |||
Hi, I'm a subscriber of Tata Sky (ID [protected]) and have been using it since last two years. I was quite satisfied with their services; but, recently got to know that they have added some pack (paid) without my consent. I'm really annoyed with this as they are also making me run behind them for my refund. I guess, regulatory should take strict action against such unethical practices. I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will drop the package and reimburse the amount deducted.
