Tata Sky — Additional technician chargers for - no signal issue | |||||
Had a bad experience with TataSky where I'm making my subscriptions on time well in advance and suddenly there is no signal after huge rain and thunderstorms. I called the customer care and asked for the fix, and they mentioned it is a chargeable fix and the product is not under warranty. I din't changed any alignments of the dish antenna, even the settings of the TV, without my intervention the TV showing as No Signal. Its tata sky's mere responsibility to make the alignment proper and make this show programs on TV. Why a customer should pay extra money when its not a fault of mine? I've raised an issue to Nodal Officer and waiting for the response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
