[Resolved]  Tata Sky — After recharge Rs.327 balance is showing but no channel is working

My Tata SkySsubcriber ID No. [protected], After Recharge Rs. 327 on 29.10.14 balance is showing but no channel is working, I have already mail to [protected]@tatasky.com they provide me a request number that is 1-[protected].and tell me Our representative will get in touch with you within 24 hours. Kindly solve my problem.
