Tata Sky — all channels locked- Faulty set top box

I have logged the complain in april & in May, regularly I am in touch with tata sky. my subscriber ID is [protected]. Set top box is very old and now all channels are locked. no channel is coming. I have logged the complain and told them the issue, executive said engineer will come and replace it. Engineer came without set top box and said device need to be replaced, which I have already communicated to them . Every day they commit but nobody landed up till now. I don't know whether they log complain or not. without resolving the issue they are closing the tickets. I am very disappointed with Tata Sky. Kindly get this replaced.
