My tatasky Id no is [protected], I conducted 3 ( 2500 + 2500 +7500) transactions on the 7/9/106 at 12:40 AM to re-charge my account for purchaing the annual pack, through my Pay Zapp Account as per there Scan code and process mentioned on the TV screen .I Saw in the morning no recharge did not reflect, i called up the Customer care who told me that someone from backend team will call me, However the services will not be de-ativated .
Since then i have called 15-20 times to the say they have not received the payment however the HDFC payzapp team says they have paid Tata sky Vide transaction ID No. MVISA[protected]NJ6.
HDFC has debited the amount of 12500 from my account but not reflecting in the account .
Tatasky do not acknowledge the recipt of payment and have de-activated my services even after confirming me that the same will not be done till the complaint is resolved .
This is quite rediculous i do not expect this kind of services from A reputed co
Like tata .
