Tata Sky — Annual recharge not done despite full payment | |||||
Sub ID:[protected]. Our a/c is due for renewal on 21st Oct 2016. Yesterday I logged in & paid the full amount of Rs. 4, 345/- towards annual renewal of existing pack. This is the amount displayed on the Tata Sky website towards annual renewal. Today I one of their reps called to say that our a/c will not be renewed since we have not paid the full amount. I logged in & found that the a/c has been renewed only till 31st July 2017 i.e. 9 months i/o 12 months. I am terribly annoyed & angry with this kind of cheating which is certainly not expected from a Tata group company. I want my a/c to be renewed for 12 full months.
