Tata Sky — Asking again for relocation charges, when paid for the same location a few months back. | |||
I had relocated to a different place within the same city a few months back. Had called up tatasky, and the engineer had taken the relocation charges, and installed the dish, and wiring. yesterday I called up informing a signal problem, as per TATASKY records, my records have not been updates by them, and asking to pay again for relocation. If in case the relocation charges had not been paid then, how did they come & install the dish ??? why should I pay for it again ???. Record keeping is their problem, not mine... I am not married to Tatasky, there are many other service providers who will be more than willing to get business if this is the way Tatasky behaves. Was this information helpful? | |||
