Tata Sky — Bad Customer Support, No response from Nodal Officer | |||||
24.9.15- Requested to disconnect secondary TATASKY connection. I was asked to wait 24 hrs. 25.9.15 - NOT disconnected. On checking I was told that by mistake complete disconnection request was taken on 24.9.15. Another request taken by Mr Govind (Sr Supervisor) and said will be done in 24 hrs. 25.9.15 - Email send to Nodal officer ([protected]@tatasky.com) raising this issue. 28.9.15 - Still not disconnected. Spoke to Arati (Sr Sup). She was rude and said complete disconnection request was taken on 25th as well. She further said she would send one more request and I have to wait 24 hrs. She did not explain what was the error earlier. She was not supportive and was responding just like a normal agent. She did not forward my call to any other dept. She was RUDE and ARROGANT. 28.9.15 - No response from Nodal officer as yet. PS: 1. No Customer support, customer agent / Senior Supervisors are unable to help. BAD MANAGED CABLE PROVIDER. CAN’T TRUST ANYBODY. 2. TATASKY (belongs to such a reputed brand BUT is being professionally mismanaged of late) and is a spoilt BRAND now. There is no body (not even the nodal officer who does not care to respond at least) who you can go to for any issues. Was this information helpful? | |||||
