Tata Sky — Bad services & provide wrong information to customers | |||||
We have a tata sky set up box and we have shifted from bombay to surat, we called the service centre for the set up at surat, we had carried the set up box with us except the dish, therefore we were told to purchase a new dish antina which would cost us rs.200/- then later we got a call from the service centre they informed to pay rs.800/-, we called up again at the service centre, the person informed us rs.500/- that is rs.200/- for the dish antina & rs.300/- for relocation and installation, the nxt day wen the service person arrives at the residence he says to pay rs.900/-, the service centre has been giving us wrong information, i had spoken to the floor manager mumtaz she too could not give us the accurate charges. they have provided an average service.
