[Resolved] Tata Sky — Bad signal and repeating programs | |||
I am seriously considering cancelling my TataSky. The signal is very bad, even when the weather is good I have no signal or if there is one there are constant interruptions. I've had the guy come out a few times now to check the signal but no improvement. Also, is anyone fed up with all the repeat programs? It's ridiculous! Same movies repeated over and over and now there's going to be a repeat series of Desperate Housewives! How many years ago did that show end? Also, the repeat of movies is shown during the day and good movies are being shown in the middle of the night. How ridiculous! The sad thing is that there isn't any customer care, TataSky doesn't listen to customers. The more I write this, the more I'm convinced I'm cancelling my subscription. Does TataSky employ anyone to deal with customer complaints? Was this information helpful? | |||
