[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank Add payment to my TataPlay subscriber id [protected]

Hello Tataplay,

I had done a reacharge of amount 529 with the help of Amazon UPI dated 30/09/2022 at 6:58 p.m with bank reference id[protected], but till now my setup box with subscriber id [protected] is not recharged neither my money is refunded in my bank account . So I kindly request you to refund my money without any delay or transfer the money to my tataplay ID.
