[Resolved]  Tata Sky — broadcaster pack

I am a tata sky dth subscriber.
I find that tata sky is not updating broadcasters' packs from time to time on its dth platform.

For example one of star's many packs "star value pack hd lite english" worth inr 29.50 (25.00 + 4.50 = 29.50) is not found on tata sky dish. Tata sky is still showing old pack (Containing the same channels for inr 41.50) though star has re-introduced the pack for lesser value. This is ridiculous and also surprising. We end up paying higher for nothing.

Prolonged loss of video for the entire day. The picture freezes even when the video re appears. The reason is not found. No one comes to fix the same
