[Resolved]  Tata Sky — calling me everyday after I deactivated

I had shifted to an apartment 3 months back which doesn't allow dth connection. I contacted the customer services to cancel my services. They said it will deactivate after my balance is empty. After the deactivation they have been calling me every day from past 3 months asking for reason for deactivation and telling me to activate again. I explained again and again but they still call me. I already told them to not call me anymore but they still do. It is getting very frustrating.

After the deactivation they have been calling me every day from past 3 months asking for reason for deactivation and telling me to activate again. I explained again and again but they still call me. I already told them to not call me anymore but they still do . It is getting very frustrating . I contacted customer services again and they said I have to activate by paying and deactivate again. I did that and also requested them to stop calling . Still they call me as if to test my patience. I just want them to stop calling me again. I will never activate DTH nor recommend Tata sky to anyone.

We do not have any music and sound in our TV due to lack of fault in the setup box, but there is no defect in the disc and camera in connection with Tata Sky, for which we are requested to register our complaint for repairs of our Setup Boxes.
