Tata Sky — can't watch HD channels and even some of SD channel and fake promises of technician that he will visit us to rectify the problem

From last two weeks I can't view my tata sky HD channels and even some of SD channel and to contact tata sky customer service is like to hold a phone for a hour and none of their associate respond to it And only fake promises are made by their side that technician will visit to resolve the problem
