Yester day we have observed that svbc channel changed from 1438 to 1829 why the same was happend.

1. Svbc is telugu channel and why it was moved from telugu channel sequence.

2. Why it was changed and shunted to last preferred channel
3. Why this sudden decision was taken as the channel next to bhakti channel which is easy to viewers.

4. Why this decision was made as navratri bramotsavas are from day after tomorrow
5. Why you playing with religious sentiments of viewers.
6. Are you a part of politicians who play with religious sentiments

I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and provide an amicable resolution to your issue.
