Tata Sky — Channels are not coming after recharge | |||
Hi, My tata sky I'd is [protected], after recharge with the same package, few channels are not broadcasting. When I have called customer care about this, they said this would be charged. I have asked them why should I pay the amount when few channels are not appearing, Its fair to be charged to the customer when none of the channels are appeared. Tata sky is not giving fair, valid and ethical service to its customers. I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in clarifying and resolving your issue.
