Tata Sky — Charged money directly from tata sky account without rectifying real issue | |||||
Very disappointed with tata sky. I have raised a compliant to change my dish antenna from central to individual as with central antenna keeps given problem and tata sky support charges money for rectifying issue which are created by there own team and i dont have control on what is done on antenna by tata sky support staff. Ideally they should not charge me anything for this as i paid 100% amount while taking this connection. However they said they will not charge for antenna but i need to pay a engineer fee for doing replacement which i agreed. Now my antenna is yet to be changed but tata sky have deducted money from my account although i requested to do after taking confirmation from me. I have raised a complain also with complain number pe32lfb but nothing is done to refund my amount. I am badly disappointed with this support from tata sky and will recommend others to get into the trap Was this information helpful? | |||||
