Tata Sky — Charges levied unethically + unprofessional behaviour | |
My recorder was not recording properly in august, hence on complaining, it was replaced, and rs 900 were charged. however, the problem persisted, and it was replaced multiple times (3-4 times) from sept to oct, but the recorder was still not working. then the box stopped working all together on 26th oct, and was finally replaced on 31st oct at 7 pm. My problem is that - (1) the technicians would not try to solve the problem, but just replaced the box and left (2) there is no record with tata sky about the number of times i have called, and hence they blame me for not complaining on time, and have no record of the number of times it has been changed (3) rs 900 have again been deducted from my account today - why should i pay for being stuck with defective pieces? (4) why should i pay for subscription charges for the period when tata sky delayed to respond to my complaint? (5) the customer care department is the worst ever - they lack the ability to understand a problem, and have no training in how to have a conversation, they just parrot out their rules to me. also, the technicians have no respect for time - they make you wait endlessly and then dont even turn up at the designated time, and only know how to install/ remove devices. I have complained on phone, email, but i am still being harassed. Was this information helpful? | |
