[Resolved] Tata Sky — Charging Rs.800-00 within warranty period | |||||
I have a tata sky dth multi tv hd connection at home. Date of installation[protected]. On installation i was told that the dish, super lnb, card and set top box is covered under warranty for one year. Warranty is valid till 27-9-17.0n 15-6-17 signal was lost. It said no signal due to bad weather. Complaint was registered with customer care-wo-xwzkw0g. The service engineer changed the lnb and charged rs 800/-to my account (Id-[protected]) This is unethical and a very wrong practice since the warranty is still valid. I want that rs 800/- should not be deducted from my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
