Tata Sky — cheating by tatasky

We paid Rs 3000/ to Tatasky dealer on 06/12/2018 for Tatasky subscription for one year. Tatasky ID [protected]; we paid on line and no receipt given to us; I was an ex employee of Tatas long back in 1980s and I had tremendous faith in their ethics etc. so I never bothered to get receipts etc but I have paid money and it is in record

Now after six months I am told that my connection expires in two days; when I protested, they say ask the dealer; i said he is your dealer; not my dealer and I paid money for Tata sky on the offer for one year and that must be honoured by Tatas.

Has the Tatas stooped down to this level now !!!
I am really surprised, even a street vendor taking money, delivers the good next day on trust; Has the Tatas become worse than that ?

Please do something to show that you value customer feed back and prove your integrity like it was in those days; let me wait and see; I am a retired person, losing Rs1500/ is not too much, still it is a loss, but it pains too much when somebody tries to cheat you like this
