Tata Sky — Complaint against service technician at cochin | |
My name id Francis T Chacko and I am residing near High Court of Kerala & was using TATA SKY for some time and I disconnected and switched to DEN TV. Now when the yearly renewal was due I planned to recharge Tata Sky and for this purpose I contacted in Toll free number and after that from your cochin office one lady Neethu contacted me and I told her that I will available at 10 A.M. on saturday. Today at 10 A M one technician contacted me and his number is [protected] and I told him about the location and I waited till 4.15 P.M. but he did not turn up. So I contacted your office and Neethu told me that she tried to contact me but my phone was out of range. This is false because I was in my house and my house is near High Court of Kerala and the range is very good. Secondly why she want to contact me as the service technician had already contacted me. Thirdly if I my phone was out of range why she did not tried my number again. So I complained in the toll free number again and at 4.45 P.M. the service technician contacted me and started arguing that he did not told me that he would come at 10 A.M.
