[Resolved]  Tata Sky — complaint for very very poor services

My TATASKY Subscriber ID [protected]. I called day before yesterday (date 24 aug 2019) to tatasky and request to active my tatasky setup box customer care executive said our technician will be calling tomorrow. The other day, I got a call( only one time call) from technician satish korde Mob:- [protected] but i missed that call, i saw missed call on my mobile and i called back on that number he (satish korde) revived my call and said me called from tatasky he said that madam is your request for installation in TATASKY then he said that i will come at 4 o'clock but he did not come at 4 O'clock then i called then he said that i will come in an Hour but he didn't come until 5 O'clock the i call him at 5 O'clock he said it would take another hour then i call back an hour later he did so at 7 O'clock and said that it was to late.I told the technician if I would do your TATA SKY Complaint, he told me that Complaint didn't matter to me Then he said that i will come in the morning at 9:30 am then he didn't even come in the morning.
I called again 26/08/2019 customer care the TATASKY executive told me that the person will come to your house within an hour but no one came and i got a call from technician (Raj Hargane Mob:- [protected] / H M Mob:[protected]) at 1 O'clock but I'm busy with my job and I'm not home.
I would not recommend
TATA SKY to anyone watching your service I will take Service to another service provider
