Tata Sky — Crediting DTH recharge amount against different customer ID. | |||||
I have a Tata sky DTH connection bearing customer id [protected].On 19/11, as guided by their customer support department through there helpline, I have paid an amount of Rs1350/-on line through my credit card to be credited as recharge amount against my above mentioned customer ID(DTH Connection).This I very specifically mentioned to the person who was interacting with me on customer help line. But subsequently I received a message that said amount has been credited to my alternate Tata Sky DTH connection of ID no.-[protected]. When I highlighted this mistake to Tata sky through their help line, they expressed their inability to correct their this mistake.My subsequent effort to request them to rectify their this blunder met with most rude, absolutely unhelpful response. I seek necessary intervention at appropriate level to correct this mistake /lapse on their part. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.
