My self Prashant Ghadge and I m subscriber of Tata sky DTH service more than 2 years, and my ID is [protected].
Yesterday I called up on customer care number [protected] at 03.45 pm, for package change and customer representative Jyoti pick up the call. So for communication I preferred language Hindi to talk to her, when i ask her to change my pack from previous one, she refuse to talk to me Hindi and rudely said to me that, i not comfortable at all in Hindi so talk to me in English only, when i told her I preferred Hindi language then why should i talk to you in English, then again she reply me i will not talk in Hindi, if you are not comfortable then disconnect the phone and connect again after some time, and she disconnect the phone.
Tata Sky people my only feed back to you is and the guy who will read this feedback, just want tell you that If you feeling shame for what your representative have done, them please do some thing, because I know you have not bother, if you loose one customer but, the people like Jyoti, I don't know what I say about her.
