Tata Sky — Daily recharge done before 12 in night got deducted immediately after 12 in the night. | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, My monthly tatasky subscription charge is Rs. 540. However, I am usually busy so unable to watch tv on my weekdays.. so I prefer getting a recharge done on a daily basis. My daily recharge amount is Rs. 19. Yesterday I.e. on 11th June, 2016 around 10 pm I had balance of Rs. 13 in my account, and my Tatasky account was deactivated. So in order to have the channels I got additional recharge of Rs.17 done in my account.. ideally I was expecting the channel to run till 10pm on 12th June, 2016. However, I happened to turn on the TV in the morning around 7Am, I was disappointed to see that the channels were deactivated. They had already deducted some Rs 19 and Rd 11 was in balance..when I complained to the Tata sky customer care they said deduction happens every midnight after 12a.m.. So, if a customer gets daily recharge done before 12 in the night, they will deduct the full amount immediately after 12 in the night.. so what's the point of getting daily recharge if the customer is not able to watch the channels?
