Tata Sky — Deactivated and deducted the money without consent and information from Account | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Its a shame for the company that money is being deducted from the my account([protected]) without the consent and information from the customer .Saturday(22.05.2015) I had a talk with customer executive of your esteemed company stating my service problem of tata sky.Executive suggested for the Visit & checking of the service without any charge for the same ., but very next day, it has been deducted the amount from the Account and deactivated my services. It seems that services policy of the company is not followed or there is no policy to tackle all these problems .as it is assured by the customer care executives for free visit of the same but deducted arbitrary from customer account, Kindly return the entire amount which has been deducted from my account . Today morning (25.05.2015) I had a talk with customer care executives for the same problem as asked for the complaint number and register the same as complaint but not given .
