Tata Sky — Deactivated without reasons

My TATASKY ID is [protected] belongs to me BNKULKARNI in Bangalore. Service is very pathetic, I had Recharged Rs 350 after one year on 5th July 2015 to continue the same. Therre was no location but loose connection in Setup box we got reconnected on 19th and deducted Rs 170 which is genuine, but at the same time despite of my TV active mode amount got deducted. Agailn we got activated on 26th Rs 275 there was deduction of Rs 200 how is this ? All your executives are assuring of +ve responses all the time no higher authorities will call us . Hence it is necessary to activate the same on TOP PRIORITY.
