The due date of recharge of rs.1174/- was on 18/06/2016 and i had remitted the amount through net banking sbi, anna nagar west (18th main road branch) in the intervening night of 18/19 june i. E. Yesterday. Morning i find that the connection is deactivated for nonpayment. As instructed, i sent a sms to 56633 (Hr). I get a message that payment 'not made'. I contacted someone in customer care who informed that though the payment is shown as paid by me, the payment process is in progress. It will be activated in 2 to 3 hours.
Since nothing happened, i again sent one sms, but getting the same reply. On contacting customer care again around 2.40 pm, i am getting the same reply which i got in the morning. As could be sen from my account statement, still there is a balance of rs.25 or so and you need not have deactivated the connection or when your records show that i made the payment, you could have reactivated the connection.
This is utter deficiency of service on the part of a service provider and i am disgusted over the company and its staff's unexplainable and unwarranted action.
If you are not able to provide a decent service, terminate the connection and refund whatever amounts stands to the credit of my account with you. Needless to mention here that i am a customer of yours since pretty long time even though it is not a matter of concern whether to get good and prompt service one has to be longstanding customer or a new customer. The point is whether the customer has complied with what he has to do from his part and in return you as the service provider your part of the service obligation. Was this information helpful? |
