Tata Sky — Deactivation of service despite payment/recharge | |||
My tatasky ID No. is [protected]. Last time, I made online recharge, it was successful. For the last few days, esp.on 4.5.2015, I was desperately trying to recharge online with my VISA Andhra Bank Credit Card and SBI Debit Card. Everytime, the transaction fails and with apologies, I was asked to retry again and again. Note that the transactions were not failing due to Banks, but due to some error in tatasky itself. Entire yesterday I spent my time with your Customer Care. None of them understand our problems, they simply passon the customer's problems to somebody else. After failing with customer care, I went to tatasky dealer and make cash recharge of Rs.1000/- at 5 p.m. on 4.5.2015. To my shock, service is deactivated today. Customer care again as no response and disconnected phone. I have been seeing customer care of so many products.but I have never seen such horrible customer care like tatasky. If my complaint does not receive immediate rectification, I am ready to surrender the tatasky service altogewther and go to a better service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
