1. We had 2 connections, but we were told that we had 3 connections . Money was deducted accordingly. Please send us proof for third connection and give account.
2. We already made complaint several times for the following changes in services
a) want to retain only 1 basic connection with basic pack.
b) cancel all other existing connections
c) cancel all other HD, any other add on services
d) The basic pack should have basic of Rs.240/month
3) Based on helpline assurance on 6/9/2016 we have paid for one year basic fee of Rs.2420, but we received sms today that balance is showing rs.250.25 and due date 9/10/2016. This is confusing.
4) want confirmation that one year basic pack is fully paid and only one primary connection is active.
Spoke to Tatasky helpline 5 times, there was no proper understanding of our problem. Totally inefficient & incompetent customer care. Is it a Tata company? Was this information helpful? |
