Tata Sky — delay

We are very old customer of tata sky with subscriber [protected], rmn : [protected] since 2007. We had registered complaint on19th june. But the our complaint is still not resolved. Twice technician came but they needed assistance to relocate the dish in the terrace but never turned up again. Every time we have to place fresh request. We have paid annual membership. All the false promises. Simply tired now. No response. Pathetic service. Pls help us in this to get this resolved. If not pls cancel our subscription and refuund our balance.
